30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your BBM gear. If you're not satisfied:
- Return unworn, unwashed items within 30 days
- Include your order number with the return
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
Exchanges
- Wrong size? We'll exchange for free (US only)

- We'll send a prepaid return label
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Send photos of the damage
- We'll send a replacement at no cost
International Orders
Customs & Duties

- We cannot mark items as gifts or alter values
