Physical Products

• Physical merchandise is produced and shipped by our print partner; shipping rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout and in our Fulfillment & Shipping Policy.
• Returns and exchanges for physical products are governed by that policy.

AI Speech Tools — De-Identified Excerpts

When you use our AI speech tools (such as the Ghost Agent), we may ask for your separate, optional consent to use de-identified excerpts of the information you provide and the speeches the tools generate. This consent is optional — you can use the tools without granting it.

• What you grant. If you opt in, you grant The Better Best Man a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and publicly display de-identified excerpts of your inputs and the AI-generated outputs, for the purposes of operating and improving our products and services and for marketing and educational materials.
• "De-identified" means we remove names and other direct identifiers, and take reasonable steps to avoid re-identification, before any external use. We do not publish your full speech verbatim with identifying details.
• Optional and revocable. Granting this license is optional. You may withdraw your consent at any time as described in our Privacy Policy. Withdrawal stops future use; it does not require us to recall excerpts already published or distributed before your request, though we will make reasonable efforts to discontinue ongoing use.
• Your responsibility. You confirm the stories and details you submit are yours to share and do not violate the privacy or rights of others.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

AI-generated output is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that it is original, factually accurate, or free of similarity to other content, and it may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any speech before you use it, and for ensuring it does not infringe anyone's rights, defame any person, or violate any law. You agree not to use our AI tools to generate content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, defamatory, or that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights. You acknowledge that AI output may invent facts ("hallucinate") and may resemble existing material, and you assume all risk arising from your use, editing, delivery, or publication of any AI-generated content.

No Warranties — Provided "As Is"

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our website, products, and AI tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind — whether express, implied, or statutory — including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. • Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the product or service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before it arose, or (b) US $100.

Class action waiver. You and The Better Best Man agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims. To the extent permitted by law, you and we waive any right to a trial by jury.
